My 30-60-90 Day Plan

30, 60, 90 Day Plan

What the Next 90 Days Look Like for Dwayne Digital. My 30-60-90 Day Plan

One thing I’ve learned from project management and agency life is this, nothing scales without structure.
It doesn’t matter if you’re building a brand, running campaigns, or launching products, clarity is what turns ideas into outcomes.

So I’m putting my full 30-60-90 day plan for Dwayne Digital out in the open.
Not just because transparency builds trust, but because many of you are building your own brands and want to understand how to plan your next steps with intention.

Here’s exactly where we’re heading.

The focus for the next month is simple:
structure, visibility and predictable output.

What this includes:

  • Publishing daily educational and personal content
  • Strengthening LinkedIn as the primary growth platform
  • Building out SEO-rich blogs for long-term discoverability
  • Streamlining my content systems so daily posting becomes effortless
  • Refining the value ladder (free → low-ticket → core offer)
  • Introducing weekly newsletters with real, practical insight

This stage is about tightening the engine, not adding new features.

If the foundation isn’t solid, scaling becomes chaos.
These 30 days make sure the base is unshakeable.

Once consistency is established, we go deeper into the ecosystem.

This 60-day window focuses on building and refining the products that move people from learning to action.

What’s happening in this phase:

  • Enhancing the Pivot-to-Pro Starter Bundle
  • Building supporting assets (email sequences, templates, checklists)
  • Strengthening the Career Pivot Roadmap with extra layers of clarity
  • Expanding the Digital Product Launch Kit
  • Introducing improved funnels inside MailerLite
  • Setting up evergreen lead capture systems on the website
  • Enhancing internal linking across blogs for SEO authority

The goal here is simple. Take the questions people keep asking and turn them into resources that actually help.

This is where the brand becomes more than content, it becomes a toolkit.

The final 30 days are about turning the machine from “consistent” to “scalable.”

This phase includes:

  • Launching a new lead magnet specifically for Digital Marketers
  • Introducing a deeper-dive educational product (TBC)
  • Expanding to YouTube Shorts with repurposed content
  • Building traffic systems for the blog (SEO, Answer Engine, LinkedIn distribution)
  • Reshaping the Done-For-You Content Packages to fit the brand’s growth
  • Setting up analytics dashboards to monitor traffic, conversions and funnel performance
  • Preparing for the next 6-month roadmap

This stage is all about momentum.
Once the foundation and products are steady, growth becomes predictable.
The brand starts compounding.

Because most people only see the output, the posts, the content, the PDF downloads.
They don’t see the structure behind it.

And if you’re a Digital Marketer or a career professional building your own side income, seeing someone work through a clear 30-60-90 plan gives you something to model.

You don’t need to guess.
You don’t need to wait for motivation.
You don’t need a perfect strategy.

You need a direction.
Then you build it in manageable stages.

That’s what this plan is. Direction, broken into steps.

The next 90 days are about three things: clarity, consistency and controlled growth.

If I stay focused on these, everything else, reach, sales, authority, long-term opportunities becomes a byproduct of doing the right work in the right order.

And if you’re building your own digital brand, this is the roadmap I’d recommend you follow too.

Simple. Structured. Strategic.

Let’s build.

Structure creates momentum.
Give yourself a clear starting point.
